• We do not facilitate examination malpractice. Any user found using our platform to distribute "expo" (leaked questions) or promote malpractice will have their account terminated immediately.

• All payments are processed securely via our payment partners (e.g., Flutterwave).
• Subscription fees are non-refundable once the service period has commenced.
• Wallet balances are non-transferable between user accounts.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or scrape content from our platform without explicit permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Technical issues or website downtime.
• Inaccuracies in study materials (though we constantly strive for perfection).
• Loss of data due to unauthorized access.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lagos State.
